Legal & Policy
Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with Matt Nasr Jewelers, an individually owned family jewelry business operating since 1980. Please read them carefully. They apply to every purchase, in store and online, and to all services we provide.
Welcome to Matt Nasr Jewelers. We specialize in creating custom jewelry of the highest quality, including engagement rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, earrings, diamonds and luxury watches. All of our jewelry is built and designed by our NASR Jewelers team and is 100% guaranteed for life. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and NASR Jewelers of Matt Nasr ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").
01
General Terms & Acceptance
By accessing our website, browsing our showroom, placing an order, or otherwise using any service provided by Matt Nasr Jewelers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Purchases made on behalf of a business or another individual are your responsibility.
These Terms apply across all channels through which we do business, including our website, our physical showroom located at 1092 South Street, Wrentham, and any communication or transaction conducted by phone, email, text message, or social media.
02
Account Registration & Security
You may create an account to expedite checkout, track orders, manage repairs, and access exclusive offers. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [Contact Email] if you suspect any unauthorized use.
- Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that show fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
03
eCommerce & Online Purchases
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Because precious metals and diamonds fluctuate in value, prices displayed at any given time reflect current market conditions. We make every effort to ensure accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Full payment is required before an order is fulfilled unless a layaway or custom deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item or notify you that it is ready. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order. Custom orders and personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically to your specifications.
04
Shipping & Delivery
We ship high-value merchandise using fully insured, signature-required carriers. A signature by an adult is required upon delivery for all jewelry orders.
- Domestic: In-stock items typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which we will communicate at the time of order.
- International: Availability varies by destination. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in your order total.
- Timeframes: Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or customs holds.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.
05
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within [Return Window, e.g. 14 days] of delivery or purchase, subject to the conditions below.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original condition with all documentation, certificates, and packaging.
- Custom, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A restocking fee of up to [Restocking Fee %] may apply to certain returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping with full insurance is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, contact us at [Contact Email] for a return authorization before sending any item.
06
In-Store / Point of Sale Purchases
Purchases made at our showroom are governed by these Terms together with any information printed on your receipt.
- Receipt policy: Please retain your original receipt. It is required for any return, exchange, repair, or warranty claim.
- Price matching: Price matching is offered at our sole discretion for identical items and specifications from authorized retailers. Ask an associate for details.
- Layaway: Where available, layaway requires a deposit and a scheduled payment plan agreed in writing. Missed payments or cancellation may be subject to fees as disclosed at the time of the agreement.
- Custom deposits: Deposits on custom work are applied toward the final balance and are generally non-refundable once design or production has commenced.
07
Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We strive to describe every piece accurately, including jewelry specifications, gemstone characteristics, and metal purity. Because our jewelry is largely handmade and custom, minor natural variations are normal and expected.
- Gemstone grading: Diamond and gemstone grades reflect industry-standard assessments. Where a piece includes an independent laboratory certificate, that certificate governs the stone's grading.
- Metal purity: Precious metals are stamped and represented at their stated purity (e.g. 10K, 14K, 18K gold, platinum, sterling silver).
- Imagery: Photographs are enlarged to show detail. Colors may vary slightly depending on your device and lighting.
- Weights, measurements, and carat totals are approximate and may vary within customary tolerances.
08
